Happy New Year Everyone!
I hope your holidays were restful and fabulous, and that you've entered 2009 in great sprits!
I'm happy to announce that this month's Venture Cocktail will be sponsored by Red Herring Magazine and featuring guest speaker, Ink Communications' Jennifer Hicks! Both Jennifer and Farley Duvall are eager to offer you some insight as we enter the New Year!
We'll begin at 6:30PM this time with two short presentations, each followed by a 5-minute Q&A. Red Herring has generously offered an open bar from 6:30 to 7:30! So, please get there early! Presentations will be followed by the usual networking and fun.

Thank you very much for organizing that event, it was very interesting to meet all those entrepreneurs and here from the first source how they "did" it.
Personally, i will be glad see a presentation about the legal side of start up (patent, legal structure AG/GMBH...), corporate finance (capital inject, mezzanine finance, IPO...) or to have a panel of speakers from different fields.
I am looking forward to next events.
